Simon Atkinson Driving Instructor

I learned with Simon for around 5 months and passed first time a few days ago. I was put at ease from the beginning. Teaches in a positive way, focuses on the good things but will tell you if you need more lessons, or more practice in certain areas which worked wonders in making me more confident and really pushed me. This style of teaching worked really well for me, and made the test seem easy, as I felt like a driver. I also had the chance to go on the motorway which I didn't expect but made me more confident. Compared to other driving instructors and driving schools, he also charges lower rates, and student discounts! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is learning or wants to start learning. A fantastic and consistent instructor. I started my first driving lessons with Simon while at university, and passed my practical test first time after about 8 months of lessons. He is calm and patient with an incredible knowledge of the car you drive (and every other car!) and the roads and wants you to be confident and capable driver for years to come. Would thoroughly recommend for a high quality instructor who can be flexible to fit lessons around your studying.

Simon has been an incredible instructor despite me being a somewhat complicated case as I had changed from a different driving instructor to Simon. I would recommend him to anyone and his years of experience shine through in his teaching.

Simon has taught both of my daughter's to drive and both passed first time. Simon is very through in his teaching and never missed any appointments. Highly reliable and highly recommended.
