Delighted with advice received from George. Avoided an unnecessary callout because he first suggesting with ours being a shared drain the problem was maybe not with ourself. Although on this occasion we did not require Coastal Drains services will definitely recommend or use in the future. Thank you for you honest approach.

Absolutely brilliant. At the end of what can only be described as the week from hell to discover my drain was blocked tipped me over the edge. After phoning Coastal in tears and explaining my situation they had George out within an hour and the drain completely unblocked. But what was more important was how understanding George was and he even took the time to listen to me waffle about my situation. What a credit to the team.. thank you guys.
