Adie from Drainaway came out to our home at very short notice, to unblock 2 internal drains and also to assess our external drainage. He was very informative and explained how our drainage system worked and where the issues were. He was clear in explaining things in a way that meant we can maintain the drains ourselves in future, rather than continuously paying for call outs. We were very impressed with the service and would highly recommend.
