Came to get some results of a hearing test , they didnt have them but i could always keep popping in or google the number of the place he had it done , thought while im here i could get access to my child's medical records on the app to save me keep "popping in" , was told I cant access his medical records till he's 16 because its illegal , it was at this point I realised I'd have better luck talking to Sammy the seagul outside as he'd be more qualified and knowledgeable and that infact they just couldn't be arsed . Left here and grabbed the relevant form from the other surgery in town . On the upside if they decided to strike aswell no one will know any different!!

Useless surgery need to wait one year in phone to connect with surgery. I never able to connect with them when I need services. Really bad experience.

People are great but the systems they use are terrible. Unable to telephone as all you get is a recording, when you get past that you are told their systems are down due to a technical problem, this technical problem has lasted for at least 3 months. They never call back when they promise they will.Overall they are very poor are providing a service
