Ms. Hannah Astin could not be more patient and helpful during this process (and it was a very long process)! We tried some innovative paying methods splitting up the charge, but the last chunck of payment just couldn't go through.
Hannah was not able to do anything else for at least 20 minutes just to help me with this, and in the end, she was so generous to pay for me with her own card so I can finish the transaction and pay her online (which apparently my card managed to do)...
I'm very grateful for her help!
