Having booked my checkup at Genix in Torrisholme, I had to reschedule due to me contracting a nasty virus, so the next appointment was made, unfortunately by the time it came I was still not feeling very well, so I had to cancel once again. I called into the dentist to make another appointment which was scheduled for later that week, then two days before the appointment I had to cancel once again due to work commitments at very short notice. The receptionists were very good with all my swapping and cancellations, they really helped me out with everything. Last Saturday I finally managed to make the appointment for my checkup and everything was fine. I would like to say thank you to everyone for being so helpful, supportive and understanding. I hope that you enjoyed the biscuits I brought in as a small token of my gratitude.

Wanted to say what a great team they are at Genix, Yaz especially has always been so polite and helpful with all the patients.
