Always seems to have really long queues whenever I go in. You'd think another member of staff would jump on the tills when this happens, but it rarely does. Don't bother with it any more.

Never have I ever thought I would need to stop going to my local shop but here we are, let me explain why. First of all, customer service? Nowhere to be seen, from the minute you enter the store it's almost as if you feel you're trespassing as the workers will just ignore you unless you specifically ask for help. This problem extends from trying to find something to tills and the tills has been my biggest pet peeve about this store, you often find yourself waiting for someone to decide they will serve you which can range between 5-10 minutes and that's assuming you're the only person waiting. A store doesn't make money without customers, the fact they can be so blatantly ignored is ridiculous. Secondly, it's dear for an average store and what's worse is that there always seems to be a lack of stock which means that the store itself rarely feels 'convenient'. Lastly, there's no structure to the store itself it seems, the amount of people working at any given time seems wildly inconsistent and several times I've been made to feel uncomfortable as a result of the staff, for example, not 2 days ago a bag of peppers ripped on me and of course I was going to pick it up and hand it over to the staff but I was watched the entire time and given dirty looks as if I just dropped it and stomped it into the ground. Things rip, people make mistakes, if I had just left it I would've understood the dirty looks but not when I am taking care of it. Honestly, for such a big shopping chain this is unbelievable and I give up with the store its no longer worth the frustration.
