Bad customer service. The staff will try to make your life has hard as possible. Try to avoid this place if you can.

I dont normally write negative reviews, as I know how they can have negative impact on peoples businesses. But I had to write this... I went to BB to buy some things and also took a parcel today at the UPS drop point, but the guy behind the counter refused to take it. He was extremely rude to me about it, I was so shocked the way he conversed with me, and taken back by the utter disrespect for a customer. Think he's called Andrew. His excuse was they had no where to store it, told me to come back Monday. I even left work early just so I could post this for a friend who desperately needs it for his commute to work. (I'm a frontline worker working with disadvantaged children) I told him I work at a private residential school doing 12 hour shifts, so I wont be able to come back then. I was extremely polite and very courteous, and asked him if he'd be kind enough to take it for me as this would really help me out, but he still refused, and stated "it's not my problem". All he had to do was scan it and leave in the store room, it wasn't like it was some huge and ridiculously heavy box he had to shift a great distance... So I walked out without buying what I'd gone for and went to Sainsbury's instead. I guess it made him feel really powerful for 3 minutes behaving the way he did, and talking to a women like. Also, this is not the first time he's been rude to me. And to others to, going by some of the reviews left. I go there all the time and spend money there, people like that really shouldn't be working in customer services. I'm extremely disappointed, and was kind of a little upset by that experience. I definitely wont ever be going back there again!

The guy working there @ 16:15, 16/10/20 needs a lesson in customer service, as a paying customer I have never been spoken to so rudely, will not shop there again, disgusting.
