We ordered online for click & collect, when we collected we were served by a very impolite staff member
After giving our click & collect details the staff member went to retrieve our online order. And whilst they did that we gandered at the newspapers by the till.
We were rudely interrupted by the staff member who unpleasantly shouted across to us
"Do you want your books?".
The books did not come parceled up and when asked we were told it would cost money for that.
The weather was damp and drizzley so we had no choice to pay, but surely an item bought online should be parceled ready to go?
Whilst we quickly tried to find 20p she huffed making us very uncomfortable.
