Absolute ~Scam Artists! I called for a quote to have some gantry lights added to a shelving unit, then received a ridiculously high quote, and a bill for a massive call out charge! They then tried to pursue us and were incredibly rude and aggressive. We have now reported to trading standards

Absolute Crooks! Do Not Use!!!! I have used a technician called Tommy for years to fix and service our equipment. I was introduced through Caterbay. He was always reliable and excellent value. I called him to quote me for some work in December 2021. He turned up and whilst there my wife asked if he had a spare bulb in the van for a heated gantry lamp (they cost 5.99 on Amazon). He left 4 bulbs with us and said he would then send a quote through. We then received a ridiculously high quote for the work, which we obviously didn't take him up on. We then received an invoice for hundreds of pounds off this company, which said they had taken over Tommy's business, charging us 130 for 4 bulbs (you can buy a 5 pack off amazon for 25) and a call out charge of nearly 200! They lied about the dates they supposedly took over the company - saying April 2019, as we have invoices from Tommy up to 2021! These guys are crooks and scammers, DO NOT USE THEM!

An excellent company to work alongside, Andrew is very professional and approachable , very thorough in his approach, Also the team are very friendly, five stars from me, customer service has been outstanding and always have done what they say they would. Definitely recommend

Dont ever use them these people are full of lie they are just sat to con people and are rude to customers they are worst then any company I have ever used
