We contacted after our rental flat suffered from damp; carpets were dirty and the bathroom had flooded. Dom was amazing throughout, acting quickly and going above and beyond with the service provided. Carpets were cleaned, and the bathroom was spotless despite him arriving after the situation had got worse. Personable and eager to make sure he chatted to me to confirm he could meet our needs. Couldnt recommend highly enough.

Moving house and wanted the house clean before we moved in. Messaged me morning of the move, clean not done. Moving is stressful enough without useless unprofessional companies letting you down. Didn't even have the decency to ring. Totally disgusted. Owners reply, pathetic. A full house clean requested and the excuse was at 6.00pm his cleaner had a family emergency. I'm sorry for her. But a full house clean, starting at 6.00pm in the dark,no other cleaners. Stay clear ,tin pot company.

Had a poor experience over a few months. Was in the house when the clean took place and cleaner left early. Was told they were short staffed but no communication up front. Same thing happened again! Suspect this was going on for weeks and was overcharged.
