        We cant fault these surveyors, very professional and helpful nothing was to much trouble! Wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

        The woman buying our house used this company and some of the fault's they picked up were none existent. They said a new roof was required although I've never had a problem with it. I then got two different roofers to come and have a look and they could not spot any faults. The sale has how collapsed due to this survey. If you're selling your house do not let this company into your house and insist the buyers use a different firm.

        The purchaser of our house used this firm to produce a survey report. This report contained factual inaccuracies, and accused us of lying. As a result of the inaccuracies we lost money on the house sale. If you are selling your house and your buyer engages this firm, my advice is don't let them in the house, and insist on a different surveyor.
