    I bought an L200 last year the car was supposed to have had a full service and inspection prior to delivery only having19000 miles on the clock I bought from a video description, When I picked it up it was terential rain (biblical) so didnt spend much time looking at the outside. Took the thing away, when I got on the motorway my partner (driving a vehcile behind me) noticed an indicator wasn't working. I decided to replace the bulb myself rather than take it back only to find the wiring loom had been cut, I tried the tiptronic gearbox and found that the controls were not working. when I got home I checked the external (now dry) and found a dent or mark in just about every panel. I contacted Cox who agreed since I had not had the oppertunity to inspect the external of the van properly they would pick it up sort the tiptronic gear box and repair the body work. They dropped me off what can only be decribed as a discurtesy car a L200 with nearly 200 thousand mile on the clock, previous owned obviously by a boy racer had had pimped it to death. They had my car nearly a fortnight when it was returned the tiptronic gear box had been repaired, but the bodywork (which is why I was told they had kept the vehicle so long) hadn't been touched. how can they pretend to put a vehicle through an inspection and service and supply it with a broken gearbox control and severed wiring loom is beyond reason. Wouldn't touch these guys with a barge pole. Given one star because Google wont allow you to leave 0

    Appauling service!! Drove 45 mile round trip for appt and noone was there to see us!! Also car we wanted is now longer available. Not impressed!!!

    Bought a van from video and description. When it arrived it had a cracked windscreen, an illegal tyre and had not been washed never mind machine polished as promised. It was supposed to have had a full service and MOT. The air filter was black and the clip broken holding it in place. There were dints and scratches not described. The paintwork shocking. Further more the sales department manager Steve was condisending and only ever spoke to me when i called him. He has had numerous opportunities to correct the customer service . After 2 weeks i had to take the van back myself! 150 miles each way at my own cost. 1 star is being generous. If you say contact Steve dont bother. He has my number and is not interested in customer service.
