Went for a meal on Valentines Day and Sally managed to get me a table even though I havent booked in advance which i really appreciated. There was an amazing musician playing romantic songs and that made the whole dinner more romantic and created a great atmosphere in the restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the prices were fair and food was great. We will definitely come back :)

We attended yesterday for Christmas Day Lunch and was disappointed. We were told to arrive for 1pm ready for food to be served at 1.30 but it was 2.15 before we got even got our starters. The starter and dessert was lovely but the main meal, which finally arrived at 4pm was cold. For 65 a head we expected fresh Turkey but instead was given cold, processed turkey roll. The veg was hard and spoiled the meal. The service staff were so helpful and made sure we had a lovely day. When we complained we were immediately offered to a free round of drinks which we welcomed thankfully. We still had a really nice time and the majority of the food was lovely but the service was slow and the main meal was almost inedible. I wouldnt return for food again.
