        We initially had some problems with the sizing of our fitted sheets and mattress covers from Jonic but their customer service was excellent. Replacements made in double quick time. I highly recommend their products but it is the high level of customer service that means you can order with 100% confidence. A shame the same cant be said for all companies today.

        Bought one of the made to measure mattress toppers for our campervan. Arrived yesterday, so comfortable when we tried it out. Quality first class and lovely customer service team keeping me updated. Highly recommended.

        Big decision to change our caravan mattress which is just to hard. We took the plunge and took delivery of our new mattress from jonic. Service has been brilliant and more important the mattress is just fab.
