As a bike mechanic I was appalled at how theyve dealt with a customer. Their customer service was just disgusting, talking down to a customer, quite aggressively too, and to add insult to injury attempting to charge for an inspection of a part which was only ever asked for a second opinion on, and told to pay up after inspecting rather than saying beforehand that it would cost. Never have I known any reputable bike shop try on this kind of behaviour, I personally have had 10/15 min chats with mechanics in a shop just to discuss ideas for niche problems in working on, and not once have I ever been billed for time. From what Ive witnessed Ill be avoiding using On Yer Bikes for anything, I walked in, witnessed that, and walked out.

Die Werkstatt hat mir einen viel zu dnnen Schlauch montiert, so dass ich mitten im Verkehr wieder eine Panne hatten. Gut dass ich zu dem Zeitpunkt nicht schnell war, das htte bse enden knnen! Auch hat die Werkstatt nicht das richtige Werkzeug, keinen Kompressor. Reparatur dauerte ewig - da htte es schon auffallen mssen dass etwas nicht passt. Stattdessen gab es nur den Kommentar, der Mantel ist verformt, aber das ist nicht schlimm. Eine andere Werkstatt hat es dann richtig repariert aber mich nur gefragt welcher Laie das denn repariert hatte. Nach Reklamation an On Yer Bike ewiges E-Mail schreiben und keine Entschuldigung. Auf die versprochene Gutschrift warte ich noch lange. Nie wieder! Zu Ihrer Antwort: Ich war mit meinem Fahrrad bei Ihnen im Geschft am 13. Juni 2022 und habe bereits viele Mails von Chris bekommen. Aber auer Mails kam keine Erstattung. Und jetzt finden sie meinen Vorgang nicht mehr? Lachhaft aber passt ins Bild zu diesem Unternehmen.
