Don't understand the podium set up. Waiting 20 mins in a queue of 4 people Then joined by 5 pensioners swaying on their walking sticks. 2 assistants only, one of them leaves her station to help customers at cash machines. Shocking service

Awful front of office staff, ignorant and unable to wear a mask properly. No consideration given to disabled people made to queue outside in the rain despite being unable to stand.
