        Terrible customer service. Was told we have to go into the branch to open a joint account and change name of my wife. Waited 15 minutes at the counter to be told we are not making any appointments - come back tomorrow and try your luck. Asked if we could at least book an appointment which was also not possible. Why having a branch when you don't want to serve customers? And why telling customers you have to come into the branch when you refuse to serve them in such?
