        This branch used to be very good in helping customers, but not anymore. I can't get to the bank!!!Shocking opening hours!!!!Tuesday till Friday 9 am to 3.30 pm?????Who are they opening it for anyway? Certainly not for working people However, now it is an absolute shambles. I am seriously considering changing banks, which is sad as I have been a customer for over 17 years!!!!

        Rude and unhelpful staff, both of the women serving looked down at you, like it was a chore to serve you. Really unhelpful, despite having instructions to come into store they said they were unable to help me and the email and letter I had were incorrect. I got the impression they just couldn't be bothered.
