        This used to be a good bank with great customer service. However, now it is an absolute shambles. I am seriously considering changing banks, which is sad as I have been a customer for over 10 years!

        Trying to get the local phone number of the branch as I need to make an appointment to speak to someone ..... Is impossible !

        Staff have no clue what they are talking. Resolution provided to open a bank account was useless as the app was asking me to visit the branch and the lady at the bank asked me to do it online only. Such disconnect from their services itself is appalling.

        This branch used to be very good in helping customers, but not anymore. The Barclays apk which recently upgraded does not has this " I am new to Barclays", only has the funtion to register if one has received the ATM card and activation pin. Thus it is not possible to open bank account either by the app or by walk in to the branch.
