        Tom Cain in TSB Morecambe Branch is excellent. My Mum needed some help with her account so I took her into the branch. Tom exceeded expectations in every way - polite, knowledgeable, patient and very friendly. He explained the options using simple terms and great analogies that Mum could easily understand. His friendliness, warmth and empathy still resonate with both Mum and I three days after our visit. Thank you Tom!
