        Went in today 14/11/22 to move my savings to another BS 100 metres away where they give 5 times better interest rate than the miserable 0.45% the Halifax provides Was met by a young female who was so smug and full of her own self righteous pomposity she could almost have been trained by Nasty West Bank So 1 from 5 for savings interest rates and 1 for customer service .. because I cant give 0 Terry Smith

        Still waiting for a promised phone call from over a week ago! tried to visit my local branch but hey they close at 3pm! Good customer service? I think not!!!!

        Staff at most times very helpful, unfortunately Halifax management have decided to use COVID as an excuse to reduce the services offered to customers. The branch opening times used to be so useful before the pandemic especially on Saturday but now the branch closes at around 3pm weekdays and 1 pm weekends making it very difficult to find a time to actually go in and get the stuff I need doing done. Lockdown is over, stop making excuses and open back up.
