        I was recently in a car accident and required physio. I was referred to Charlotte at Jo & Cass Lancaster but was very nervous as I have never been to a physio and didn't know what to expect. Charlotte was brilliant and made me feel comfortable from the first moment. She listened closely, was extremely professional and over the course of treatment, managed to bring me back to health. She even did acupuncture which I always thought would hurt but now I am a fan. She left me with some great advice and exercises that I still do daily now. Thanks for your brilliant help.

        Honestly thought my whiplash pain would plague me for the rest of my life. Few months of treatments from Charlotte and finally I feel 'normal' again. Beautifully clean environment, absolute professional and Charlotte even managed to perform acupuncture on me (I bloody hate needles). I would recommend Charlotte to anyone.
