        I was very apprehensive before my virtual appointment, posssibly more than before any oncology appointments. But I neednt have been. The whole process was made easy by Ali who was friendly,efficient and very helpful. The very first wig I was shown,based on photos I had supplied was perfect- it looked like my hair when I'd just had a hair appointment! My appointment was at 11am and the wig was with me at 9am the next morning. I now feel confident and prepared to cope with my future hair loss.

        Amazingly kind staff and I have a beautiful natural blonde wig with lovely natural highlights in it and ash/caramel tones. So grateful to Caroline for going above and beyond today to help me keep it in tip top condition. It makes all the difference and I have felt much more like myself after the restyle again today.
