Really enjoyed the latest double act of Simon & Sam (right) and appreciate all the stas from Simon. Look forward to the next zoom guys, it was a good investment of my time!

Homesearch is a wonderful and innovative new tool for estate agents. With only 5% of properties in the UK on the portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla, homesearch now allows you to target the other 95% to help people find their dream home. Sending letters to targeted homes through homesearch is also very straight forward. There is so much useful information on homesearch to play with. You are able to see average prices of every property in the UK, plot sizes, average street prices in any postcode district, sales history and far more. Could not recommend homesearch more highly!

Having nearly 40 years experience in the property market I sometimes find myself stuck looking at older methods of trying to attract clients but having growth mindset I believe in learning every day to embrace new tech. Simon Gates at Homesearch is simply excellent at demonstrating how to take our old skills and use new technology to maximise our prospecting efforts. Total genius with his ideas which I will implement and be accountable. Keep up the good work Simon and thank you for your time.
