        Nasty customer service. Went with my 5 year old daughter to get passport photos only to be told that by the only member of staff that he did not know where the camera was, as he didnt work regularly there. I asked how can this been resolved only to be told to come back on Monday, while I would have thought that a phone call to find where the camera was would have solved the problem. The passport photo service should not be advertised on the website if Timpson cannot provide it.

        Came here to get my boots repaired/touched up upon recommendation from a friend, and I couldnt have been happier with the service I received. The man who served me was just so lovely and my boots look like new. Would highly recommend.
