I stayed 7 nights the location was good and one of the staff was helpful and kind to help and assist in the upgrade I made for my room ( Mero). The rest werent helpful and rude! It was 2 or 3 times that I had to take water from the reception which is suppose to be for ppl who are staying n the hotel obviously! But she said its only for ppl when thy come for check-in! And I didnt get any whn i did my check-in! The room cleaning done randomly without me asking for it. Price is too high for the service I got. Even my luggage I had to take it down myself for the checkout.
