As tenants with Parallel for a few years we've had mixed experiences in the past but now very happy customers - our current property manager Toma is very responsive and efficient and ensures our concerns are resolved in a timely manner, the MD Christo has also been extremely helpful when we've needed fast action. Definitely recommend this company.
