        So disappointing. They have refused to pay for any structural foundation problems. It seems the engineer associated with the previous building manager deemed these cracks to be serious enough to covered whereas Sloane's engineer calls them "hairline" without ever having visited the flat while the walls were exposed. Pictures to come...
