        I have been having private pilates sessions with Serap for the last 4 weeks and I already feel a huge difference. I have hardly exercised in the past and started having knee problems which led me to try pilates. Serap is amazing, she is very positive and managed to make me enjoy my sessions. I highly recommend her.
