        Last year I underwent ACL reconstruction surgery and Ash and the team have been instrumental in helping the recovery and breaking up scar tissue my other physio that is more focused on sport rehabilitation wasnt able to address.

        Very nice but inexperienced physio therapists. You leave the sessions exactly the same way you go in. No full assessment, treatment plan, exercises, client records. the massage I do to myself is better.

        Ive been here twice for injury recovery physiotherapy and theyve always nailed it: Ive recovered super fast, they will know their craft! Plus theyre all super nice people (Xeni, Ash, Yogita, etc.)
