    I booked 8 sessions with John to help me mix up my marathon training by focusing on core, stretching and high intensity workouts. I really enjoyed kt and have now booked 16 more. Training is varied with TRX, boxing pad work and using a weighted tyre. John is also helping me with diet ideas and breathing exercises that are making a difference. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a credible trainer at a fair price

    Its typically not easy to keep to my regular fitness routine, especially after lockdown. I have a slow metabolism due to an under-active thyroid. My goal was to lose 4 kilos, and since working with John, I have already lost 2 kilos using his specific programme for my purposes. I can see a considerable difference in tone and strength as well and learn so much as John is highly knowledgeable. I used John for dance and PT sessions and havent felt this energetic and motivated to be in the gym for years. Thank you so much for your support, John. If anyone is serious about the change, I recommend using John.
