Literally STOLE my Macbook Pro after I declined to have it repaired with them. Went back around 10 times to ask for it back and they always claimed it was in another shop. A police investigation is under way. Edit post-response: I came back numerous times after a few months to try to collect it. Then several times over a time period of half a year. Emailed, called, constant excuses were given. I was promised the laptop would be in the store a specific day, when I went to collect it, they would give random excuses saying it was in another shop or in storage. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Fixed my laptop very late on a Sunday evening, so that I could have my data for the next day. Really appreciate the flexibility and commitment

Went here because of all the good reviews on Google with an iPhone 12 Pro Max (housing replacement), one iPhone XS Max (screen replacement) and one Macbook 16 (screen replacement). On collection I noticed the MacBook had a spec of dust behind the screen after repair. The shop denied it was them, didn't offer to sort this out and refused to hand over the laptop until payment. One of the iPhones seems ok (screen repair) on the final iPhone (rear cover replacement) the rear cover is already detaching 3 months after the repair and the camera has been playing up since the repair (e.g. portrait mode no longer working). They also refused to provide additional information required for the insurance (repairs report) despite, several calls, emails and visits to the shop (from me and the insurers) over several months. When visiting the shop they always say come back see the manager, who is obviously never around or contactable. The icing on the cake is that they are rude , even hostile. I will definitely be going straight to Apple the next time. Won't cost significantly more and I will have all the warranties rather than . Real shambles this place. What a shame. Absolutely no idea where all the good reviews come from!
