On Saturday 18 December at 10.15 I entered my normally FRIENDLY Phone and Luggage shop at 131 Queensway London W2 6LS. I had been in a few days earlier to buy a phone case and screen protector but there was none available for my particular phone. The temporary guy working there assured me that if I managed to get one on-line, he would be happy to fit it for me. This is what I had come to expect from that store. However, when I returned with the screen saver purchased from Ebay and explained the promise to the new temp calling himself Nick I was met with a very unfriendly response and blunt refusal to help me even after I offered to pay for the service. This is out of character with that particular shop. I found another shop nearby quite happy to help and without charge. I will not be visiting 132 Queensway again for any phone or luggage.

Went there in order to buy few bags , there was an Asian guy there when I asked him for what I was looking for he ignored me after when I said it again he replied in a very rude way , the owner of the shop should bring some one whose is good at costumer service not a rude person
