Super convenient and friendly! The staff is wonderful. Machines were clean and worked well. Highly recommend to anyone staying in this area.

10/10, great exerience! Clean facility, well maintained washers and dryers, and very friendly staff. I went to Chilworths on Good Friday, not aware that they were closed for the holiday... Instead of turning me away, they were considerate enough to open their doors so I can do my wash ahead of Easter weekend. I normally never experience this level of customer service, and couldn't recomment them more!

It has been my first time here and I'll not come back anymore. I'm not complaining about prices or machines, but the black woman working here is very rude. It was my first time in a launderer cleaner so I didn't know how it works. I just asked her if she could explain to me the prices, programs,etc but I'm very disappointed because she has been so rude and impolite. If she doesn't like to work it's not my business... I have been very polite all the time but I felt so uncomfortable with this women here pushing me because I was looking the machines to see how it works because she didn't help me at all and she was closing at 6pm. I don't know what is going on with this women to be honest, but not happy with her treatment to me.
