        I had only 1 session and got a call just 1 day before my next session day, I got a call saying, my case is quite complex so they cant help me. It gave me more anxiety thinking I am good for nothing. :(

        I have just finished my six weeks with Help and I just want to say thank you, my therapist has really helped me understand myself better , I know can be more kind with myself and others and be aware of certain patterns.
