Steven at Hellas Helvetia is simply fantastic! When I wanted a market appraisal of my property for sale, Steven was more than happy to assist and give his honest helpful advice on what could help increase the chances of me finding a buyer. Following his advice he found me a buyer super fast and then walked me through the whole sale process from start to finish making my sale experience less stressful than previous times with other big agents. Steven has given me exceptional levels of service in the last few months up to and including letting my flat for me. The flat needed a wholesale renovation, and Steven provided names of local contractors (builders, roofer, architect/planning) and advice on how to design the flat in order to make it suitable for letting to his typical client base. He gave huge amounts of his time kindly and enthusiastically and came to the building site for updates and to help me deal with issues with the contractors. His guiding and supremely experienced hand was invaluable on issues relating both to the renovation and the letting. He gave extremely knowledgeable advice on the rent I could receive and himself made the flat look attractive for the marketing process. He has found me a lovely tenant and an optimal rent and I am very grateful to him.

They have always delivered a professional and friendly service, going the extra mile checking credentials and references, in order to find the perfect tenants for my properties, which has been particularly appreciated in recent years.
