        Doesn't even deserve one star. When I came in, staff pretended not to see me (I was clearly struggling with my heavy suitcase so there is no way they didn't notice that), and when I wanted to drop off my luggage, they told me that that service didn't exist anymore. Yet for some reasons I was able to prebook via their website the day before. They then didn't even bother to give me a refund. Do not book these rude scammers!

        The lady at the shop is very helpful and friendly. The location is not far from Paddington station. Booking and payment has very easy and i had just done the booking in advance for keeping it only a night. I will keep my luggage here again for my next trip.

        Great alternative to the extortionate fees of Left Luggage at Paddington Station. Easy to book, drop off and collect. Just note that they prefer you to collect luggage by 10pm, even though the Mini Mart is open until 11pm.
