        Unempathetic staff. Booked an executive room and upon arrival was told the room wasnt ready. I decided to wait in the the small lobby. After two hours went back to see if the room was ready and they had just given a room to a walk-in without a reservation. Was rudely reminded that the room wasnt ready. In the two hours I waited - They didnt as much as bother to ask if I wanted water or something. Extremely rude staff. If you have alternatives then please stay away from this place.
