STOLEN ITEM! What started as a lovely stay turned into a disappointment when an expensive watch was stolen from a deposited bag on our last day. We checked out and left our bags at a reception for a few hours before the flight. The watch was in one of the backpack pockets. It was only on our way back to the airport when we opened the backpack and realised the watch had been missing. Sadly, after having read other reviews on this site, we werent the only ones with this experience and it sounds the hotel staff steals from their clients on a regular basis.

SUPER TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THE WORST STAY IN LONDON. Totally no idea why it's labelled as a 4 star hotel, it's ridiculous! Actually staying in a place like a basement. It definitely does not present itself honestly online. The attitude of the staff who check us in made people feel very uncomfortable and as a result we felt unsafe in this hotel and did not have a good rest at all. Definitely not recommended it.
