Hi reception team is very rude they didn't help me

Me and my family have been with the Garway medical practice for over 8 years. Ive always found it very easy to get appointments. The team are very friendly and helpful. In particular Dr Barzin has been amazing with both myself and children. She always takes my concerns seriously and very kindly follows up with me after. Thank you Garway team :)

I would like to say a big thank you to Garway Medical Practice for always being so friendly and professional & like to mention Dr Jedth Phornnarit who I have been seeing for years now, he is always so approachable & has such a friendly manner, he never rushes you during your appointment & listens to your problems and explains your treatment & how things can be resolved. I always feel very happy with my experience. I would also like to mention Janki the Pharmacist who I saw & treated me in a friendly professional manner,

I would give 0 starts if only it was possible. When I had to book a phone appointment, I was expecting a confirmation via either email or by text message but it never arrived. I had to call back requesting to send it again and receptionist DIDN'T FIND the appointment that I literally requested 10 minutes before over the phone. It happened at least 2 times the appointment issue where I had to call back because I didn't trust any more the reception. I would like a doctor to visit their patients accordingly, not basing the diagnosis on just information over the phone, which will never be enough compared to being visited where it hurts, if there's any swelling, any redness, etc. One of the times I booked the phone appointment, the GP even called me OUTSIDE the time that I booked, I've been called when I was at work. I did mention that it wasn't the time I booked but I've just been told off "Oh but I am free now to talk to you". So unprofessional not respecting even this, this is shameful and it's impossible to do a face to face visit and it's definitely a terrible experience as a patient.

Its always impossible to get a face to face appointment, they see you coming back a because it is urgent , but they dont give a (if you go there always it is empty ) they are the only one who refuse to see you , dentist see you , UTC see you , gastroenterologist see you , they cant and the funny thing is , by the phone they can guess what you got or give (trial ) medication , what a genius ehm? Depending who is there at the receptionist its hard to get an appointment even if (based on your experience) your telling them they are giving a wrong information (ex: stool test done , I already tried to book an appointment in a week time to have the results, the receptionist told me that she could give me the results just by the phone , and she was insisting , even me telling her based on my previous experience she couldnt , so I trusted her , and took me 3 weeks to have a 3 minutes chat with a doctor , that prove me I was once again right .
