Staff here are extremely rude especially the manager which is a lady with an African accent she was not helpful at all!! I dont know how she even got the job because she had no customer service and tried to argue with me about my voucher on my app which I have no issues with in ANY other BG branch. When you go to this BG please avoid going to this lady! She will ruin your day and make you loose your appetite she is sooo rude and argued with me in her native tongue which was extremely rude! (And Im also from the same background) so I understood everything she said !! Disgusting attitude!!!!
