        HORRIBLE. Rubbish everywhere. Food is EXTREMELY oily, they had no fries, no rice, forgot my wrap, didn't give me the correct amount of change, SO CARELESS. We waited in line for ages with only 2 workers taking their time. This kfc is a DUMP and MENACE to queensway. How is it still up??!?! Please do not come here, never coming back here again!!!!! Dietary restrictions: They do not care about what you can and cant eat. Please dont come here, for your own good!! D;

        To call this KFC a disappointment is an insult to disappointments everywhere. A simple box meal order took around 20 minutes to arrive, and when it did it was so irredeemably awful that it has genuinely put me off for life. It was my boyfriend's first time eating KFC, and he was so confused as he was under the impression that it was meant to be nice. My burger was literally dripping mayonnaise, my beans had an impenetrable crust, the restaurant was dirty, and the staff had all the speed and alacrity of a half dead London rat. Do better. You are thieves of satisfaction.
