        Friendly service, super efficient - had some trousers altered in about an hour with no appointment. Definitely recommended

        Expensive service , horrible customer service and irresponsible attitude from staff. Ive given my Burberry trench coat for an alternation, had to be shorten by 3 cm and Ive been charged 40. Several minutes after the collection ,Ive noticed the belt was missing and when I went back to them , staff was not searching , nor checking the place. Thank God there was a customer ,who found the belt after 5 minutes of staff making all kinds of facial impressions and walking like headless chickens. These people are crooks and I highly do not recommend this place !!! Belt was literally on the floor next to tailors station. By the way 1 star is just for the tailor lady , which is a good professional and kind person. Others are clowns! Service: Clothing alterations & repairs
