This dental clinic is wonderful, I have been going for the past 10 years with my son. My mother also had the best service possible. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to this dental clinic.

I advise everyone to not visit this clinic. The way they treat their patients is awful. In 2019, I had my tooth filled and after nearly 3 years, the filling came out. When I contacted them for an emergency appointment to fix this filling, I was asked by the dentist why I didnt visit them during this time. They knew that COVID had basically put a stop to everything and I wasnt able to see them in person and I didnt have any other issues aside from this filling which was done very poorly. They are not friendly at all and after telling them that I work full-time and that I need an emergency appointment, they responded in a very rude manner and in my opinion, they treat Iranian people differently to others.

Just had a check-up as a new patient and am very pleased with the service. It was easy and quick to register and book, the staff seemed friendly and efficient and the dentist seemed very kind and thorough.

My dentist was normally a polite person and did my normal check up work quite well. However, one day, I had an appointment to remove a tooth. The dentist pulled at it for ages and removed most of it, however she could not remove the last bit of my tooth. I was exhausted at her trying to pull my tooth. The dentist also told me that she had to give up removing my tooth because she was exhausted from trying. I then had to take painkillers for 5 days because the pain was so strong after the dentist tried removing my tooth. I do not believe the dentist used the correct technique to remove my tooth, as I had so much pain afterwards. I was referred to another clinic to remove the last piece of my tooth. Then later when my dentist at Porchester Dental Practice gave me my new denture, I tried it at home and it was so useless. When I tried eating the denture just bounced out of the socket. I told my dentist at Porchester Dental Practice that my denture was useless. The dentist said nothing. I left this practice to get denture work done elsewhere.
