Avoid - money wasn't available for collection on the day I needed it although I ordered it days in advance which in turn has incurred a 10 administration fee as won't be around to pick it up. Not to mention the fact I had to make 3 separate trips on the day as each time I went down the clerk was away on a break: 1pm, 3pm and 4pm.

Unfriendly, no explanation while cutting my question off rudely and sighed in my face 5 times in a span of 15 seconds while rolling eyes like I was there to pay my fee rather than exchange money. Couldn't even understand anything he said even though I speak fluent English, plus the rolling eyes and dismissal was the worse treatment I received in years. I just walked off.
