The staff are incredibly friendly and astoundingly helpful. There was a model elephant in the entrance, which I stopped to take a photo of... however there was not enough light...a guy in uniform seemed to appear out of nowhere and offered me a flash, fixed it to my camera and smilingly handed it back to me. Now, that's what I call service!
