Gold Mine - Queensway

Unbelievably rude attitude from the staff!!!! Extremely unpleasant and the cutlery is smelly and dirty!! Most of the staff need to be replaced.

AVOID. Been to Gold Mine a few times already and unfortunately the quality of food and hygiene is terrible. We found hair in our meal in several dishes. The service is simply aggressive and rude. If you are out for a nice lunch/dinner with your better half or even friends my only advice would be to skip this place. Don't waste your time on this option, there are other Chinese restaurants on Queensway that will offer a far better experience.

I ordered a WHOLE roast duck chopped to take out. When I got home to I discovered there weren't any duck legs,they we're replaced with random cuts of duck. I was fuming. When I pay for a whole duck I expect the whole thing,not random left over bits from the restaurant to make it look like the whole ducks. WON'T BE GOING BACK, NOT IMPRESSED! DECEITFUL PLACE
