The haird dresser was nice. But she didn't do what I wanted her to do. I wanted a balayge my hair was already blonde I just wanted the balayge to go higher and a brighter blond which is achievable. But she kept saying she couldn't lift my hair and that I would have to come again and pay to bleach again. My hair was blond already but somehow she managed to make it a shade of ginger. A colleague of hers asked to see my hair and what I asked for. She also said she completely ruined my hair. And told me to speak to management. I spoke to manager he said he will speak to the lady who did my hair and get back to me also saying I will defo need to come back for them to fix It but free of charge. I called him twice since then and he kept saying his waiting to speak to the hairdresser. And never called me back to re arrange a new date. I was the last costumer and my hairdresser left before I did as I was waiting for my sister to pick me up. I am so annoyed at what she did to my hair as a Paid almost 200 quid for it. Plus management/owner did nothing about it especially as he was saying I do need to do my hair again and offered free of charge. But clearly that was a lie as he didn't even call me back.
