Rachelle was amazing and very professional! I was made to feel so comfortable and put at ease throughout. I was well informed from start to finish whilst having the procedure done as well as given great follow up advice too. I Look forward to booking more treatments in the near future and would highly recommend Rachelle to anyone considering having any aesthetic procedures done.

**Updated Companies House website states this company has dissolved as of Feb 2022. Unfortunately I didn't get to experience anything here, as l was late for my appointment and my calls went unanswered I called multiple times and used instant chat. Until the business partner called me. Very polite and helpful however he took my messages about rescheduling to pass along to Rochelle, the part owner. Rochelle explained that she was doing me a favour as they don't usually reschedule. A company of 3 that don't have the staff keep up the appointments or rescheduling. I await the response of reprimand on your review. Unprofessional service.

Since my wife had her lips done she's has said how happy she is with her treatment and how very professional Rachelle was. I would recommend her to anyone .#happywifehappylife

My 1st appointment with Rochelle went well however the second experience I felt very uncomfortable. A male was present for the entire appointment. I was not prewarned of this and didnt expect a stranger to be so closely watching, they did not ask for my consent. Rochelle said this was her husband who was fixing the heating however she then changed her mind and said he was training how to do lips and was here to watch the procedure. I felt very uncomfortable and humiliated. This all happened in an apartment which was not the clinic advertised on the website. It was not a public place and I was there with Rochelle and this man, made me feel very vulnerable and confused as the to why the pictures on the website were so different. Rochelle is fairly friendly but I was not happy with my second procedure. When I mentioned to her i felt weird with a male figure watching me without my consent or notice she just laughed it off slightly and didn't take this Into consideration whatsoever. This was not a good experience and I felt watched the entire time which made me very unsettled. I was not happy with how this procedure turned out and not sure why I was in an apartment when on her Facebook page she is advertising the same address I went to as a complete different clinic where others attended however not myself. When I addressed the matter to her she unfollowed my friend and myself straight away and ended up saying it is best I find another practitioner. I went to a more professional practitioner and when she was doing my procedure she asked me how much filler I had put into my top lip I informed her I had 1 ml the lady informed me there was not even 0.5 ml in my lip and I then realised why the procedure took less then 15 minutes
